Cook Annie’s Macaroni and Cheese as instructed.
In the meantime, finely dice Jalapeño and cook bacon.
Drain the macaroni.
Add butter and Jalapeño to the macaroni pan and cook for 1 minute over medium heat.
Turn of the heat.
Add milk and cheese. Stir to combine.
Add cooked pasta.
Add bacon. Mix well.
