Preheat oven 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a big bowl, mix the applesauce, pumpkin, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.
Now mix the pumpkin mixture with the dry ingredients very slowly. Mix well until fully combined.
Drop on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
