tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
0 Mix the oatmeal with 1 cup of water 1 Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. 2 Soak overnight in the fridge. 3 The next morning, you'll see that the oatmeal will have absorbed some of the water. 4 Discard the water used to soak the oats. 5 Strain and rinse the soaked oats with clean water. 6 Put the oatmeal in a blender. 7 Add vanilla, cinnamon, sugar substitute, and the rest of the water. 8 Blend until smooth. 9 Serve over ice.View original recipe
