What you need

lb ground chicken

carrot

celery

onion

salt & pepper

cup hot sauce

tbsp butter

cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
0 Preheat oven 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 1 Heat oil in a pan. 2 Add salt and pepper to the chicken. 3 Cook chicken for 2 minutes. Drain excess fat. 4 Add carrot, celery, onion, more salt and pepper. 5 Cook for 2 minutes or until onion is translucent. 6 Add hot sauce and butter and mix thoroughly. Cook for 1 minute. 7 Remove from heat and let cool slightly. 8 Grease muffin pan. I used butter biscuits and found that they did not require the greasing, but just to be on the safe side, grease away! 9 Stuff the muffin pan with uncooked biscuits. 10 Add chicken mixture to the biscuit cups and top with cheese. 11 Bake for 10 minutes.View original recipe
