Chorizo Cheese Dip is a cheese-lovers dream. Ooey gooey, melted cheese that’s mixed with Mexican chorizo. Add tortilla chips, and this party appetizer is sure to please any crowd.

What you need

oz chorizo
sweet onion

tbsp all purpose flour

cup shredded cheddar

cup milk

tsp salt
tbsp oil
Instructions
0 Heat oil in a large skillet. 1 Add the chorizo. 2 Break down the chorizo with your spatula. 3 Cook until done. About 7-10 minutes. 4 Remove from skillet. 5 Drain chorizo on a paper towel. 6 Set aside until ready to use. 7 Leave about 1 tablespoon of cooking fat. 8 (Or, if you are using a lean chorizo, add 1 tablespoon oil). 9 Add the onion to the skillet. 10 Cook for 1 minute, or until translucent. 11 Add the flour. 12 Cook for 1 minute. 13 Gradually add the milk. 14 Stirring constantly. 15 Bring to a bubble. 16 Add the cheese. 17 Stir to combine. 18 Add salt and return chorizo to the skillet. 19 Stir to combine. 20 Let cook slightly before serving. 21 Serve with tortilla chips. 22 Enjoy!View original recipe
