What you need

cinnamon stick

cup water

cup milk

tsp vanilla extract

cup water

cup sugar

Instructions
0 Place the rice, cinnamon stick, and 4 cups of hot water in a large bowl. 1 Cover with plastic wrap and soak overnight. 2 Overnight is best, or 8 hours minimum. 3 When ready, add the soaking mixture (rice, cinnamon, and water) into a blender. 4 Blend until smooth. 6 Strain into a bowl. 7 Add the liquid into a large pitcher. 5 Add the milk, vanilla, the rest of the water, and sugar to the pitcher. 8 Stir and taste for good measure. 9 Chill in the refrigerator. 10 Stir well before serving over ice.View original recipe
