Using an electric mixer (or KitchenAid) beat the mixture until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the crushed cookies into the mixture. Scoop the ice cream mixture into a three-pound loaf pan. Sprinkle the top with more crushed Oreos. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least six hours before serving.
