0 Add water and sugar in a stock pot. 1 Boil for 5 minutes, until the sugar is completely dissolved. 2 Add the strawberries. 3 With a potato masher, mash the strawberries. 4 Simmer for 15 minutes. 5 Allow the mixture to cool down. 6 Cover and place in the fridge for 2 hours. 7 Fill the blender with ice cubes. 8 Pulse until the ice is crushed. 9 Transfer to cups. Pack the ice in as best as you can. 10 Pour some of the syrup on the crushed ice. 11 Top with a piece of strawberry. 12 Serve with a spoon or straw.View original recipe
