What you need

lb beef fillet

onion

red bell pepper

green bell pepper

salt

pepper

garlic

cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
0 In a large skillet, add bacon. 1 Cook bacon. About 3 minutes. 2 Remove cooked bacon and place in a large dish. 3 Do not drain the fat. 4 Using the bacon fat in the skillet, cook the red bell pepper and green bell pepper. 5 About 2-3 minutes. 6 Remove the cooked peppers and place in the large dish. 7 Again, do NOT drain the fat. 8 Using the same fat from the skillet, cook the onion. 9 About 1 minute. 10 Remove the cooked onion and place in the large dish. 11 Again, do NOT drain the fat. 12 To the skillet, add the beef strips, salt, pepper, and garlic. 13 Cook for 4-5 minutes, until meat is no longer pink. 14 Return cooked bell peppers, cooked onion, and cooked bacon to the skillet. 15 Add Jugo Maggi (if using). 16 With your spatula, mix to combine all the ingredients. 17 Top with shredded cheese. 18 Cover with a lid or place under the broiler for 1-2 minute until cheese melts. 19 Serve with tortillas and salsa. 20 Enjoy!View original recipe
