extra large egg

oz light cream cheese

tsp vanilla extract

cup white sugar

water
Instructions
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2 Place sweetened condensed milk, milk, eggs, cream cheese, and vanilla extract in a blender. 3 Blend until smooth. 4 Add sugar to a skillet over medium heat. The edges will start to brown. 5 Stir on occasion, until the caramel is golden brown. 4-5 minutes. 6 Meanwhile, boil some water. 7 Pour the caramel into a flan mold, bundt cake pan, or whatever pan you are using. 8 Swirl it around so the caramel is all over the pan. 9 Pour the blender mixture into the pan. 10 Place the pan inside a larger baking dish to make a water bath. 11 Pour boiling water into the larger baking dish, about 1 inch up the flan pan. 12 Bake uncovered for 1 hour. 14 Once it’s ready, let it sit for 10 minutes. 15 Then cover and place in the fridge for minimum 3 hours. Overnight is best. 16 Place a serving plate over the pan. (Make sure the serving plate is larger than the pan). 17 Flip and tap the pan gently before removing. 18 Allow all the caramel sauce to pour over the flan. 19 Slice, serve, and enjoy!View original recipe
