What you need

white onion

carrot

celery stalk

clove garlic

thyme

bay leaves

tbsp black peppercorn

tbsp apple cider vinegar

cup water
Instructions
0 Chop the onion, carrot, and celery into 2-inch pieces. 1 Peel the garlic cloves. 2 Place all the ingredients into a large stockpot with the water and simmer for 2 hours. 5 DO NOT BOIL. Only a low simmer. 6 Simmer for a minimum of 2 hours to 4 hours, maximum. 3 Let it cool and strain the stock carefully. 7 Press on the solids and remove as much stock as possible. 8 Discard the solids. 4 Transfer the bone broth to a storage container and refrigerate or freeze.View original recipe
