What you need

cinnamon stick

tsp vanilla cake mix

can sweetened coconut

cup milk
tbsp cornstarch

tbsp water
Instructions
2 Soak 1/4 cup of rice in 1 cup of water. 0 Bring 4 cups water and cinnamon to a boil. 1 Add the rest of the rice. Lower the heat to medium low. 3 Cover and cook for 20 minutes. 4 Blend the soaking rice with its water. 5 Pour it into the rice pot. 6 Add vanilla, sweetened condensed milk, and milk. 7 Turn up to medium heat. 8 Stir from time to time, or it will stick to the bottom of the pot. 9 If you want it really thick, dissolve cornstarch with water and add to the pot. 10 Let it boil and thicken. 11 Remove the cinnamon before serving. 12 Pour into cups and enjoy!View original recipe
