cup sugar

tbsp vanilla extract

ground cinnamon
Instructions
1 In a bowl, dissolve cornstarch with 1 cup water. 2 Set aside until ready to use. 3 In a pot, bring to a gentle simmer 3 cups milk and cinnamon stick. 4 Stir occasionally. 5 Immediately add the sugar and dissolved cornstarch mixture. 6 Let thicken for about 5 minutes. 7 Add the vanilla and IMMEDIATELY remove from heat. 8 Serve and top with ground cinnamon.View original recipe
