What you need

bell pepper

lb raw shrimp

tsp onion powder

tsp pepper

shallot

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tsp cumin powder

cilantro

tbsp kosher salt

tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Soak the wooden skewers in water. Minimum 20 minutes. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry with a paper towel. In a small bowl, add the olive oil and all the spices. Add the shrimp. Toss and coat well. To a skewer, line with shrimp, red bell pepper, and onion. Repeat until the skewer is full. Continue assembling until there are no more ingredients. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes, 2 minutes on each side. Or until the shrimp are no longer pink. Serve and top with chopped cilantro. Enjoy!View original recipe
