California Burrito - Grilled carne asada with french fries and all the fixings wrapped inside. It's incredibly TASTY and absolutely DELICIOUS!

What you need

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tbsp paprika

tbsp ground cumin
tbsp dried oregano

garlic

lime juice
cup oil

skirt steak

tortilla

cup refried beans

frozen corn

cup sour cream
cup guacamole
cup salsa

cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
0 In a sealable plastic bag, add all the ingredients for the marinade and the skirt steak. 1 Seal the plastic bag. 2 Mix well to coat the meat. 3 Marinate for a minimum of 4 hours. 4 Overnight is best. 5 Grill meat to desired doneness. 6 6-8 minutes on each side for medium-rare. 7 Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. 8 Slice the meat as thinly as possible. 9 Bake french fries as per package instructions. 10 Warm up the tortillas. 11 To the center of the tortilla: 12 Add a layer of refried beans. 13 Top with a healthy portion of the sliced grilled meat, french fries, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and cheese. 14 Roll up the burrito. 15 Slice in half. 16 Serve with extra salsa or guacamole. 17 Enjoy!View original recipe
