0 Juice the limes and set aside. 1 To a blender, add the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and lime juice 2 Blend until smooth. 3 To a large Pyrex plate or decorative dish, add about ¼ cup of the lime mixture. 4 Add a layer of Maria cookies. 5 Break the cookies in half to cover the areas open areas. 6 Add some of the lime mixtures. About 1/2 cup. 7 With your spatula, spread evenly over the cookies. 8 Add another layer of the Maria cookies. 9 Add some of the lime mixtures. About 1/2 cup. 10 Using your spatula, spread the lime mixture. 11 Continue layering until there are no more ingredients left. 12 Cover and refrigerate for 5 hours. 13 Decorate with lime zest, slices of lime, or fruit. 14 Enjoy!View original recipe
