What you need

lb skirt steak

beef

cup lime juice

clove garlic

worcestershire sauce

tbsp soy sauce

orange juice

pickled jalapenos

tbsp ground cumin

tbsp paprika
tsp dried oregano

tbsp pepper

cup canola oil

cilantro

shells

cheese
lean bacon
guacamole
salsa

diced tomatoes with green chilies

sour cream

pickled jalapenos

Instructions
0 In a large container, add all the marinate ingredients - lime juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, orange juice, jalapeno, cumin, paprika, oregano, pepper, and oil. 1 Mix with a fork. 2 Add the meat to the container. 3 Turn the meat coat with the marinade. 4 Cover with plastic wrap, or if you are using a plastic bag, seal the bag. 5 Marinate the meat overnight. 6 Make french fries according to package instructions. 7 Take the meat out of the fridge. 8 Pre-heat grill medium to medium-high heat. 9 Oil the grate. 10 Grill about 4 minutes on each side for medium rare. 11 Remove meat from heat. 12 Let rest a few minutes before slicing across the grain. 13 Prepare desired toppings. 14 In the meantime, in a bowl, add french fries. 15 Top with carne asada and desired toppings.View original recipe
