What you need

Instructions
0 Add all the marinade ingredients in a large plastic, sealable bag. 1 Add the steak and zip up the bag. 2 Make sure the bag is firmly closed. 3 Then, mix the marinade with the steak. 4 Place in the fridge for an hour, up to overnight. 5 Heat the grill to 450 degrees F. 11 Add the flap steak and grill for 5-6 minutes per side. 12 If using flank steak the cook time is slightly different. Grill 5-6 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 130 ºFF for medium rare. 7-8 minutes on each side for medium. 6 Cook until desired wellness. 7 Let rest before slicing (or dicing) 8 Warm tortillas. 9 Add chopped meat to tortillas. 10 Top with cilantro, onion, and salsa.View original recipe
