lb chuck roast

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp ground cumin
tsp dried oregano

onion
potato

tbsp tomato paste

roma tomato

garlic

serrano pepper
tsp beef bouillon

cup water
Instructions
To Make the Beef: 2 In a large stock pot, heat the oil. 3 Season the beef with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano. 4 Add the beef and onion to the stock pot and cook for 5 minutes. To Make the Tomato Sauce: 7 While the beef is cooking, add tomatoes, onion, garlic, serranos, bouillon, and water to a blender. 8 Blend until smooth. 9 Pour sauce into the stock pot with the beef. 10 Add the diced potatoes. 11 Stir to combine. 12 Cover and cook for 10 minutes. 13 Add the tomato paste to the pot. 14 Stir to combine. 15 Cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork tender. 16 Serve with plenty of sauce and enjoy!View original recipe
