Instructions
0 Rinse and pat dry the pork chops. 1 Season both sides with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano. 2 Heat oil in a large skillet. 3 Sear the pork chops on all sides. 4 About 4-5 minutes on each side. 5 Remove from the skillet. 6 Add the tomatoes, onion, and serrano pepper. 7 Cook for 2-3 minutes. 8 Stir occasionally. 9 Add the water and mix to combine. 10 Return the pork chops to the skillet. 11 Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until pork is fully cooked.View original recipe
