What you need

lime juice
lb extra large shrimp

roma tomato

cucumber

jalapeno

salt & pepper

cup tomato juice

cup ketchup

tsp hot sauce

cilantro

Instructions
0 In a small bowl, mix the onion with the lime juice. 1 Let stand for 10 minutes. 2 In a separate and much larger bowl, add the shrimp, tomatoes, cucumber, jalapeños, salt and pepper. Mix to combine and set aside. 3 You can add more jalapeños, if you like it spicier. 4 To the onions, add the tomato juice, ketchup, and hot pepper sauce. 5 With a fork, whisk to combine. 6 Then add the tomato-onion mixture to the shrimp bowl. 7 Stir to combine. 8 Add the cilantro and avocados. 9 Gently mix everything. 10 Note: You can also top off the serving with the avocado instead of adding it to the mixture. 11 Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. 12 Enjoy!View original recipe
