Cuban Sandwich

When you have leftover pork roast and deli ham in the fridge, you make a Cuban Sandwich with several pieces of cheese to make your mouth melt.

What you need

slice pizza cheese

tbsp brown mustard seed

slice swiss cheese

slice dill pickle

cup pulled pork

slice diced ham
Instructions
0 Heat griddle on low heat. 1 Butter one side of each bread. 2 On the non-buttered side, add mustard, then cheese, pickles, pork, ham. 3 Top with the bread, making sure the buttered side is up. 4 Place buttered side of the sandwich on the griddle. 5 Let cook for 4-5 minutes, checking often making sure it is not burning. 6 Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes. 7 It is ready when the cheese has melted. 8 Enjoy!View original recipe
