Instructions
0 Trim the ends off the green beans and cut into 2-inch pieces. 1 Rinse and add to a stock pot with water and salt. 2 Simmer for 3-4 minutes. 3 Drain and set aside until ready to use. 4 Heat olive oil in a large skillet. 5 Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. 6 Add the onion, jalapeno, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and cumin. 7 Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the liquid has evaporated a thick tomato paste has formed. 8 Add the green beans. 9 Mix to combine. 10 Add the cilantro. 11 Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
