tbsp ground cumin
tsp dried oregano

tsp chili powder

tsp cayenne

tsp salt

tsp pepper
tbsp oil

0 Rinse the beef strips and pat dry. 1 Sprinkle with cumin, oregano, cayenne (if using), chili powder, salt, and pepper. 2 In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 3 Add beef and cook for 4 minutes. 4 Stir occasionally. You want a good sear on the beef. 5 Add the peppers, onion, and garlic. 7 Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the peppers are soft. 8 Turn heat off.
