cup nonfat yogurt
cup mexican cream

salt

corn tortilla

cup chicken

cup monterey jack
Instructions
0 Add salsa verde, yogurt, crema mexicana, and salt in a blender. 1 Blend until smooth. 2 Warm up tortillas in the microwave for 1 minute, or until pliable. 3 Add chicken to the center of a tortilla. 4 Roll up and place in the casserole. 5 Repeat with each tortilla. 6 Pour sauce over the casserole. 7 Add a layer of cheese to the top of the casserole. 8 Place casserole in 350 degrees oven 9 Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, or until top is golden brown. 10 Serve with salad on the side.View original recipe
