tbsp beef bouillon

jalapeno

pepper

cup water
Instructions
0 Heat olive oil in a large pan. 1 Add the sliced liver. 2 Season with bouillon and pepper. 3 Cook for 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally. 4 Add the onion and garlic. 5 Make a slit in the center of the jalapeno and add to the pan. 6 Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until onion is cooked down. 7 Add the ½ cup water. 8 Cook for another 5 minutes. 9 Serve with refried beans and tortillas.View original recipe
