What you need
cup oil

cup refried beans

egg

green salsa

tomato

serrano pepper

onion

garlic

Instructions
0 In a stock pot, add the tomatoes, serrano chile, onion, and garlic. 1 Boil for 5 minutes. 2 Discard water and add ingredients to the blender along with salt. 3 Set aside and let cool. 4 Heat oil in a frying pan. 5 Fry each tortilla for 1 minute on each side. 6 Drain excess oil on a paper towel. 7 In a separate pot, warm up the refried beans. 8 Cook eggs sunny side up in the oil. 9 How to Assemble Huevos Rancheros 10 Add a thin layer of refried beans to a fried tortilla. 11 Add cooled salsa on top of the refried beans. 12 Top with a cooked egg. 13 Continue assembling until you run out of tortillas.
