Instructions
1 Add oil to a large skillet and add the jalapenos. 2 Cook until the skins are blistered. 3 Remove the skillet. 4 Add the onion and garlic cloves 5 Cook for 1 minute. 6 Let cool slightly before adding the jalapenos, onion, garlic, and any remaining olive oil into a blend. 7 Also add salt, water, white distilled vinegar, and cilantro. 8 Blend until smooth. 9 Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
