cup water
cup masa harina

chocolate

cup milk

cup sugar
Instructions
0 Place 6 cups of water in a large stock pot along with the cinnamon stick. 1 Bring to a boil. 2 Let simmer for 5 minutes. 3 In the meantime, in a medium bowl, add the remaining 2 cups water and mix with the masa harina. 4 You can use a blender or a hand mixer to dissolve any clumps. 5 Add the masa mixture to the stock pot with the cinnamon tea. 6 Stir constantly. 7 Add the Mexican chocolate tablet to the stock pot. 8 Melt the chocolate while stirring. About 3 minutes. 9 Add the milk and sugar. 10 Stir constantly. 11 After about 8 minutes, the mixture will begin to thicken. 12 Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. View original recipe
