0 Salt the steaks. 1 Set aside until ready to use. 2 Lay out three plates. 3 In one plate, add 2 eggs and 1/2 teaspoon salt. 4 Beat the eggs. 5 In another plate, add the breadcrumbs. 6 Leave the third plate alone. It is to add the breaded meat. 7 Take one of the steaks and dip it in the eggs. 8 Next, add the steak to breadcrumbs. 9 Cover the steak well on both sides. 10 Place the breaded meat on the third plate. 11 Repeat with each steak until done. 12 Heat oil in a large frying pan. 13 Add one steak to the pan. 14 Cook for 3-4 minutes. 15 Flip the steak, and cook for 3-4 minutes. 16 Both sides should be golden brown. 17 Remove and place on a paper towel to drain any excess oil. 18 Repeat to cook the remaining steaks. 19 Serve with fries and enjoy.
