Mulitas de Asada are made of two crispy tortillas stuffed with beef and ooey gooey cheese. Serve with your favorite salsa and enjoy!

What you need

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp paprika
tsp dried oregano

tsp ground cumin

tbsp olive oil

onion

jalapeno

cup shredded cheddar

corn tortilla
Instructions
For the Beef: 2 Season the beef with all the spices. 22 Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. 3 Add the seasoned beef, onion, and jalapeno to the skillet. 7 Cook until the liquid has been absorbed. 5 Stir occasionally. 6 Allow the meat to crisp up. 4 About 15-20 minutes. To Assemble Mulitas: 9 Brush oil all over a griddle. 10 Turn on heat. 11 Place a tortilla on the griddle. 12 Add about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese to the center. 13 Add about 2 tablespoons of the meat filling on top of the cheese. 14 Add an additional tablespoon of cheese on top of the meat. 15 Place another tortilla on top. 16 Using a spatula, press down on the mulita. 17 Cook for 2 minutes. 18 Flip and press down again. 19 Cook for 2 minutes. 20 Remove and repeat until all the ingredients are gone. 21 Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
