0 Heat the grill to 400 degrees F. 1 Meanwhile rinse and pat dry the cactus paddles. 2 Brush with the olive oil on both sides. 3 Sprinkle with salt on both sides. 4 Place on the grill and cook for 5 minutes. 5 Turn and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 6 If using the top rack of the grill, the cactus will need more time to cook.View original recipe
