0 Cook the chorizo. 1 About 5 minutes. 2 Break up with your spatula as it cooks. 3 In the meantime, roast the tomatoes, onion, and serrano pepper on a griddle. 4 Turn as needed. Make sure they are black on all sides. 5 Place the roasted tomatoes, onion, and serrano in a blender. 6 Blend until smooth. 7 Drain any excess fat from the chorizo. 8 Add the cactus and the tomato sauce. 9 Cook for 15 minutes. 10 Taste for salt before serving. 11 Enjoy!View original recipe
