0 Chop the steak into 1 ½-inch cubes 1 Place in a container and add Worcestershire sauce, Jugo Maggi, lime juice, salt and pepper. 2 Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes. 3 Meanwhile, soak the skewers in water to prevent burning. 4 Chop the onion, bell pepper, and bacon into roughly 1-inch chunks. 5 To assemble the skewers, thread the beef, onion, bell pepper, and bacon in whichever order you prefer. 6 Repeat until done. 7 Place on grill under medium-hot heat. 8 Cook 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. 9 For Medium-rare, thermometer should read read 145° 10 For Medium, 160° 11 For Well-done, 170° 12 Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.View original recipe
