What you need

tbsp mustard

dash worcestershire sauce

pepper

tbsp soy sauce
lime

tbsp tomato sauce

garlic

lb fish

tbsp olive oil
Instructions
For the Marinade: 2 In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the marinade. 3 Place in the fridge until ready to use. For the Fish: 6 Heat grill to 400 degrees F. 7 Rinse the fish. 8 With a paper towel, pat the fish dry. 9 Make sure you dry the front and the back. 10 On a large piece of foil paper, generously brush the oil olive all over. Note: if using a grill basket, omit the foil paper. 11 Place the fish on top of the foil paper. 12 Gently make cuts on the fleshy part of the fish. Do not cut through the fish to the other side. 13 Brush the fish with the marinade. 14 Place the remaining marinade back in the fridge. 15 Move the foil paper with the fish on top to the grill. Cook for 20 minutes. 16 Remove from the foil paper. 17 Serve immediately with extra marinade.View original recipe
