This Pumpkin Champurrado is decadent and delicious. It tastes just like a gourmet-coffee shop drink (if not better!) but with a Mexican twist.

What you need
piloncillo

cup water

cup water
cup masa harina

pumpkin puree

cup milk
Instructions
0 Add cinnamon stick, piloncillo, and 6 cups water to a large stock. 1 Bring to a boil. 2 Meanwhile, dissolve the masa harina with the remaining 2 cups water. 3 Whisk until no lumps. 4 Once the piloncillo is completely melted, add the masa harina mixture to the pot. 6 Bring to a boil. 5 Stir occasionally. 7 Add the chocolate, pumpkin, and milk to the pot. 8 With a whisk, stir until the chocolate is melted. 9 Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. 10 Boil for 5 minutes. 11 Let cool slightly before serving. 12 Enjoy!View original recipe
