0 In a large stock pot, place the morita chile and cover with water. 1 Bring to a boil. 2 Immediately turn off the heat. 3 Let sit for 5 minutes, or until pliable. 4 Discard the water. 5 Set aside until ready to use. 6 Quarter the tomatoes. 7 On a cookie sheet, place the tomatoes, onion, and garlic. 8 Broil for 7 minutes. 9 Turn and place under the broiler for another 5 minutes. 10 Add the rehydrated chiles, tomatoes, onion, and garlic to a blender. 11 Blend until smooth. 12 Enjoy!View original recipe
