0 In a large skillet, cook the carne asada. 1 About 4 minutes on each side. 2 Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing. 3 In a separate skillet, heat the tortillas. 4 Set aside until ready to use. 5 Warm up the refried beans, and set them aside. 6 Chop carne asada into bite-size pieces. 7 Cook the eggs individually. 8 Set aside the eggs until ready to use. To assemble Steak Huevos Rancheros: 11 Spread a thin layer of refried beans to a tortilla. 12 Top with chopped steak and salsa. 13 Add sunny-side up egg, cilantro, and queso fresco. 14 Repeat until there are no more tortillas. 15 Serve with extra salsa.
