Instructions
0 Remove the stems and seeds from the serranos. 1 Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. 2 Add the serranos. Reduce the heat to medium. 3 Cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. 4 Add the onion and garlic to the skillet. 5 Cook for 1 minute. 6 Let cool slightly. 7 To a blender, add the cooked serranos, onion, garlic, water, lime juice, salt, and cilantro. 12 Also add any remaining oil from the skillet. 8 Blend until smooth. 9 Taste for salt. 11 Serve and enjoy.View original recipe
