cup breadcrumb

garlic

jalapeno

egg nog

tbsp cilantro

cup onion

salt & pepper

olive oil cooking spray
cup salsa verde
Instructions
0 Preheat oven 400 degrees F. 1 Combine tuna, breadcrumbs, jalapeño, egg, cilantro, onion, salt and pepper. 2 Form into 1-inch balls. 3 If needed, add more breadcrumbs. 4 Add non-stick spray to a baking sheet. 5 Add balls to the baking sheet. 6 Bake for 18 minutes. 7 (If freezing, put into a plastic bag until ready to use). 8 Transfer meatballs to a large skillet. 9 Add salsa verde. 10 On low heat, cook for 5 minutes. 11 Remove from heat. 12 Enjoy!View original recipe
