To Make the Sauce: 0 Add tomatoes, 1/2 onion, and garlic in a stock pot. 2 Cover with 4 cups of water. 3 Cook for 7-8 minutes, or until tomatoes are soft. 4 Discard water. 5 Place tomatoes, onion, garlic, and 1 tsp salt in a blender. 6 Add 2 cups of water. 7 Blend until smooth. 8 Set aside until ready to use. How to Cook the Turkey: 9 Heat Mazola® Corn Oil in a large skillet. 10 Add the ground turkey. 12 Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano. 13 Break it up with your spatula. 14 Cook for 4-5 minutes. 15 Add the onion, garlic, jalapeno, and potato. 16 Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. 17 Add the tomato sauce. 18 Stir to combine. 19 Reduce heat to medium-low. 20 Cover and cook until the potatoes are fork tender. 21 About 10 minutes. 22 Serve and enjoy.View original recipe
